Privacy Policy

RUNNITUP ("we", "us") runs the RUNNITUP website and apps, a sports analytics service based in Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info: your email, username, and sign-in details, including Google sign-in if you use it.
• Content you add: favorites, My Action betting records, watchlist items, alert settings, Feed posts, comments, and Ask RUNNITUP conversations.
• Payments: Stripe processes subscriptions. We never see or store your full card number.
• Affiliate info: referral codes, who you referred, and commission records. Payout details are held by Stripe.
• Usage data: basic, aggregated page-visit statistics and device type.

How we use it

We use your data to run your account, show your saved data, send the alert emails you turn on, process subscriptions and affiliate commissions, keep the community safe, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Your My Action records stay private unless you choose to share a bet to the Feed. We share data only with service providers that help us run RUNNITUP (hosting, email delivery, Stripe payments, AI processing for Ask RUNNITUP) or when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from the Account page using "Delete my account", or by emailing info@runnitup.com. Deleting cancels any active subscription. Some payment records held by our payment processor may be kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Children

RUNNITUP is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
