By using RUNNITUP you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and follow the laws where you live.
Not a sportsbook. Not betting advice.
RUNNITUP is a sports information and analytics tool. We do not take bets, hold funds for wagering, or place bets for you. Odds, stats, signals, and Ask RUNNITUP answers come from third-party data and are for information only. They are not guarantees or financial or betting advice, and they may be delayed or inaccurate. You alone are responsible for any bets you make.

Subscriptions
PRO and ELITE renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund partial periods.
Affiliate program
Affiliates earn $4 for each completed paid month of an active referred member. Refunded or disputed payments earn nothing. Payouts go through Stripe. Fraud or self-referrals are not allowed and lead to removal from the program.
Community rules
Do not post harassment, spam, illegal content, or someone else's private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Liability
RUNNITUP is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from betting decisions, data errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
